Nestled in the residential area of Weston, Florida. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to provide a memorable experience for our guests. With accommodation for up to 10 people, everyone will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy their stay.

The space:

BEDROOMS

Master Bedroom with 1 Queen size Bed, large walk-in closet, working table, TV, drawers, nightstands, and access to full private bathroom. Bedroom with 1 Queen size Bed, nightstands, and closet and fully upgraded. Bedroom with 1 Bunk Bed (2 Twin beds & 1 Full bed), nightstand, and closet fully upgraded. Bedroom with 1 Queen size Bed, nightstands, and closet and fully upgraded.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom No. 1 is spacious and fully upgraded with access to the master bedroom. Bathroom No. 2 is fully upgraded and has a bathtub.

KITCHEN

Spacious, modern, and fully equipped with microwave, oven, and large fridge.  The dining table seats 10 guests, located near the kitchen.

OUTDOOR

Equipped with a private Pool, Outdoor furniture and Tennis Courtyard is across the Street. The laundry room is in the garage. The garage & Driveway can hold up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the street.

SAFETY WARNINGS:
The property is in a quiet, family neighborhood with a "NO PARTY POLICY" strictly enforced. MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. Home is not childproofed. Please always supervise children. There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. The Pool area is in front of a canal, and there’s no fence that separates it from our garden. Please always supervise your children when they play at the pool. Guest agrees that use is at your own risk.
